Additional Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Site plans for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the photographs.

Also featured in this recent document release seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.

You can see the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and includes a notes section identifying different areas of the property.

In addition to the main plan are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including layouts for dock shelters.

Additional materials disclosed as part of the continuing investigative process.
